The service was okay and the manuscript…
The service was okay and the manuscript came back intimate, but I felt the quality of the proofing was not so good. I sent a manuscript which was to be submitted to a journal article and a key word in the running header had an error and this was not picked up (there were four other errors in the paper)- luckily I spotted it before submission. But for this reason I could not trust the company again.
