I bought an expensive shower housing…

I bought an expensive shower housing from them and filters. Culligan bought them out and proone still
Sends offers/ad emails to me. I was trying to order a replacement shower filter. I didn’t see it on their website. I've, called, sent emails and they REFUSE to simply let me know if they are carrying it or it has been discontinued. Zero response and zero customer service since being bought out.

Come to find out (not from them) this shower head filter is discontinued after I paid for the pricey set up. But what gets me is their complete lack of any sort of customer service in returning calls or emails. They always send an email saying they received the request and will follow up in 48 hours. They never have. Their product is also inferior and I had issues.

Stay away!!!!!!

Consumer beware!

Consumer beware! Stay clear of this company and Culligan who bought out ProOne and don’t purchase products from either company! As a long-standing customer, I bought several of the new G3.0 Gravity Filters from ProOne just before Culligan acquired the company. After the filters rapidly failed because they turned out to be a defective product, I called ProOne who has stopped responding to customers and refuses to answer the phones regarding customer concerns, so I then contacted them via email. Subsequently, after receiving no contact from ProOne, I contacted Culligan, since they are now ProOne’s parent company, and spoke with a representative to request a refund. She said she would forward my request on to the individual in charge of the ProOne accounts. After contacting both companies, I received automated emails stating that they had received my messages and that a representative would be in contact with me, however, I have received no further contact from ProOne or Culligan, nor the refund I am requesting. The G3.0 filters are faulty and if you search the internet, you will see numerous other similar customer complaints about these filters. As the new parent company for ProOne, Culligan owes it to the loyal customers of ProOne to make amends by offering refunds for the defective products. This is no way to treat the customers of a company that you purchase if you want them to continue on with your company. Prior to the acquisition by Culligan, ProOne was always an upstanding company, and I never had any difficulty in contacting them or reaching a resolution on a concern. I also filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau, however, they failed to respond to them, as well.

Do not buy from this company…

Do not buy from this company Prooneusa.com. They’ll take your money, send you something, but it will be the wrong part and then you will never be able to get in touch with them again.

Literally the worst company and they do…

Literally the worst company and they do not have customer service at all..I have sent 10 emails and nothing. They sent the old version of the water pitcher filters, I have sent pictures of what I have and still nothing, I have sent emails to support and warranty and NOTHING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. I bought a unit over a year ago, and attempted to use their contact form because the box was missing some items. I got an auto response indicating they were closed for the holiday season (it was NOT the holiday season) so I tried again a few weeks later and got the same auto reply. Gave up and found replacements for the items missing, and got it up and running. Today there's a 40% off for cartridges and so I attempted 8 times to place an order, and the website eventually came up with a pop-up telling me they are unable to process my order.

Not a dependable company! Don't trust them!

I'm am beyond frustrated with this company. We have been a customer of theirs and have had their under the counter system since 2017. They have made major changes over the years including a name change. They were formerly known as ProPur instead of ProOne. They changed their filters a couple times as well. All of this happened without much communication to their customers. I would only find out when I went to purchase a replacement filter. Thankfully the new filters always fit my system, until now.
This year (2025) I went online to purchase my replacement filter only to find out that they have completely stopped making the under the counter system and filters. Again, they did not notify current customers so we could get some filters and have time to find a replacement system. When I reached out to them they directed me to Culligan in a very vague response. I called Culligan and they don't offer replacement filters that are compatible with my system. My system is now useless. I will never purchase anything through this company again because they don't have their customers in mind. It makes me question how effective their products really are when they practice business this way.
