Great company!
I was already a huge fan of Proozy, but that increased even more when I had my first experience with an issue that required contacting Customer Service. I had neglected to enter my discount code when placing my order. The rep graciously applied it and authorized a refund to me of the price difference!! Love the company!

Stupendous customer service!
I purchased sweatpants and a hoodie for my husband. It came very quickly - before the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately it shrunk terribly, even though it was laundered in cold water and hung dry. I called and left a message with customer service. Surprisingly, I received a return call within 2 hours and rep Darcy immediately refunded my account. Wow! I was treated with professionalism, kindness and courtesy. I’ll be a returning customer! Thank you ever so!

This is the first time ordering from Proozy and I was very pleased with my order. I had a problem with my tracking number, emailed customer service and they responded almost immediately! I was able to track my package and it got here a lot quicker than originally said. I will definitely order again.

An item arrived damaged… :-(
An item arrived damaged and there was no longer stock in the size ordered. She kindly let me know I don’t need to worry about returning the item and kindly sent back a refund, for us to keep the item or donate it. A few hours later, I noticed the same item is available in a smaller size, which would have worked as well, but I would have to purchase it again. It would’ve been nice to be offered that as in option. Either way, I decided not to repurchase the item in a smaller size, since I wouldn’t be getting the same discount as I received on the original item. Either way, customer service was quick and I appreciate the service.
Update: I’m surprised someone from the company replied to my review and kindly set up an invoice for me to repurchase the smaller size available, at the discounted price. I ran this by my fiancée and he decided he’ll just keep the item! Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers! I really appreciate the offer! I will be a customer of Proozy as long as they’re around! I love it!

Address Error Quickly Corrected
I had never placed an order with Proozy and had looked several times. I purchased three items because i knew and liked the Spyder brand and one other. Regardless, i made an error in the shipping address and sent a mail to customer service. Within about 2 hours I received a reply that my address was corrected. That is excellent customer service and very appreciated.

Proozy has been great and delivered products timely and as described. Recently, I received a package with only two of the three items that were supposed to be included. I received same-day, prompt, courteous service and the third item has been shipped. Hard to find that kid of service these days!!

The way it should be
I made a mistake and ordered 2 items I didn’t want. I emailed proozy about my situation and they emailed me back the next day. They canceled my order and reimbursed my account in 3 business days. It service like that which will make me an “always” customer.

2022-04-15. Things you may not know about Proozy and their Customer Service...
My first dealings with Proozy was regarding the authenticity of their products. In particular, I was wondering if they were authorized dealers of Oakley products, they were! (I contacted Oakley directly, and Oakley confirmed that they were an authorized dealer).
Since then I had made several purchases through Proozy and felt more comfortable knowing that I was buying authentic products. I soon ran into the issue of trying to apply multiple discount codes against different products. The website was designed in a way that multiple discount codes cannot be entered. I ended up buying the items separately and paying for shipping as the discount code yielded higher savings than free shipping would, but had I been able to combine my purchase, I would have saved on the shipping costs.
Tip #1. After I placed my orders, I contacted Customer Service through email asking them how I could apply multiple codes against different items. They responded that I could contact their Customer Service directly with your order numbers and they will remove the shipping costs!
Through email, I was recently invited to fill out a survey. For my time, I would receive a 20% off discount code that would be valid for 14 days. I browsed the site to see if there was anything I wanted/needed and found about $30 worth of merchandise. I figured the 20% discount would cover the brunt of the $7 shipping costs (yes, shipping cost have increased $1), so I filled out the survey, received my code, and entered it. The system did not recognize the code... I placed my order anyway and proceeded to contact Customer Service via email.
Claire responded within 24 hours, and after looking up the code I was trying to use, provided me with another code to use.
Tip #2. Businesses don't bill your credit card until the item ships (i.e. the Carrier physically has possession of your order). I checked the status of my order and found that only the shipping label was printed. I quickly responded to Claire providing my order number and asked if she would kindly apply the code against it. Claire had responded informing me that she was able to!
Unlike brick and mortar stores, online shopping can be a real hit/miss as you don't get to try on apparel. In addition, most Vendors don't offer free shipping for returns to discourage the practice. It is therefore crucial that online shopping for apparel provide accurate information on size and fit. Always look for a size chart and know your measurements before hand. More importantly, understand the fit of the garment as this may affect your sizing choice. e.g. "slim" fit may not support more athletic body shapes and proportions, relaxed fit may be more generous with proportions and you may want to size down; or look for things like petit sizing to ensure proper sizing proportions.
Tip #3. We're all human, and if you still made a ill-fitting purchase despite your diligence, Proozy does offer free exchanges!
With regards to shipping, it's a cost that no customer wants to pay. But these are real costs, and they can't be avoided. Free shipping is offered with a minimum purchase because the seller can better absorb the cost with higher profits from the sale. So it's not unreasonable that business charge shipping on smaller purchases (with smaller purchases, the profit margins are just not there so they have to transfer at least part of the cost onto the customer). Think of it this way, if you drove to a brick and mortar store, you'd bear the expense for transportation getting there and back. You may not realize it, but even if it consumed only one gallon of gas, you effectively spent $4-$8 depending on the price of gas where you live (not to mention the cost of wear and tear on your vehicle). With online shopping, the seller also has the additional cost of packaging, which also adds another couple of bucks, another cost which they must absorb. Businesses don't typically offer free returns unless they made the mistake (shipped wrong product or size). This is because when returns are processed, everyone loses. The Seller paid shipping, handling, and packaging costs, and reaped zero profits. The Buyer disappointingly pays for the return shipping costs and gets no product, a lose lose transaction all around.
Bottom line, Proozy offers some really good deals and deep discounts on some of the items they carry. They are authorized dealers with many of the major labels, and while their website may not be the most robust, their Customer Service is pretty top notch. Reach out to them, they can often help you with your concern, and can be a valuable resource to you as a Customer.

Helpful customer service
I recently ordered about 8 shirts from this site. The items arrived quickly and were easy to track once the package was shipped. I opened the package and saw that one of the shirts was the wrong size. I ordered all Medium shirts and there was one Large. I double checked my order to see that the mistake was theirs and not mine. I logged in to the webiste and opened up a chat. Customer Service rep Bryan was very quick to help me. He quickly ordered a replacement shirt of the correct size. I saw confirmation of the order via Email before we disconnected. He told me not to return the incorrect size. Done and dusted in about 5 minutes. Excellent customer service! Way to go Bryan!
