My experience has been great. The customer service is spot on and when I passed a level the payout was very very quick. The prices to buy a challenge is priced well and they are always doing specials which is a bonus. Would recommend this company any day of the week

You migrated to Meta5 and did not have a way of me logging on for MacBook Air. I wasted hours trying to figure out why my screen looked different.

I Think The Concept Trading had given me a opportunity to be a Professional Trader, so far i have been trading with The Concept Trading, I Have never met slightest problem. The Concept Trading Has plenty benefit rather than other Prop Trading espescially its simple rules, Fast Scaling and allowing All Trading Styles for every trader including me myself.

Fast Payouts! I’ve been with TCT since last year and I can say that my experience has been delightful. The cost maybe quite higher compared with the other prop firms, I can say that I am most satisfied with the freedom to trade according to my style and the account options available. I highly prefer this and their only rule (do not hit equity drawdown) over the illusion of big account size with a long list of rules. Being a regulated prop firm has been a huge factor which made me more confident continuing my trading journey with them. Their transparency during the good and challenging times has been admirable.

Still the best prop firm out there. Great support. One rule to comply with. Quick payouts.

Too expensive, small drawdown allowance basically you pay $ 700 real money to get $ 1000 virtual money drawdown limit.
Misleading lot size , basically 1 USTECH100 lot is equivalent of 10 lots in other platforms. Imagine you buy 1 lot and its impact is 10 times on your tight loss limit.
Slow order execution and annoying inflexible trading platform.
Reset not allowed. You better use a real broker that offers 200 leverage than buying a challenge from them. I don’t think I’d try this company again as long as these problems remain unresolved.

The platform keeps hanging and cannot show the index i wanted to trade. I checked with the company's personel on this issues, een after they told what to do i still cannot use the platform smooth and cannot use it to trade. I do not recommend to use this company's platform, please look for other more reliable Prop trading companies.

So, Since my last review of TCT, which was quite scathing about the trainwreck that the DXtrade trading platform is, senior management reached out to me with a genuine desire to understand and address the issues raised in that review. We had a very constructive discussion which has led to a mutually beneficial resolution.

I am confident now that TCT is not a Ponzi marketing outfit like 95% of prop firms out there, but is genuinely vested in the long-term success of its traders. They've been honest and transparent about some of the issues that have led them to the DXrade path and do have achievable corrective measures planed to address these problems. This is great news since TCT has amongst the best scaling pathways to meaningful capital allocations in the industry and has been a quality operation for a number of years before this DXtrade fiasco.

From their response to issues I raised I'd have no problem in recommending them as the goto prop firm in the industry, provided of course they figure out how to give their traders a reliable, high-quality trading platform in the very near future, which I am confident that they will.

Absolutely love everything about The Concept Trading experience with the exception of the recent changing of brokers & the current absence of a Metatrader platform on offer (coming soon). Have found a way to make do though. The team are hands down the best to deal with in the industry. Their genuine, and are often available for a chat on the phone, which is rare, can't even get most brokers on the phone for a chat. Keep going lads.

I had to get used to DXTrade, I have just passed the first stage. So far, the team there was helpful as I had a few questions, everyone question was replied to promptly. So far so good

Really easy company to trade with. I took one star off as they keep changing the products, not to the clients advantage but I guess that's business.

I have had no problems with opening accounts. Payment on profit is made same day and emails are also answered quickly.

Best Prop Trading Company in the world. You can grow with them as a trader. Payout is always pays on time, and if there's any delay, just send them an email or contact them on Discord, they will surely respond. I am very satisfied with TheconceptTrading.com. Keep up the good work.

The way you guys have set up the challengers is Really good.
You have simplified the rules and process very well .
What is not good is the trading platform .
It freezes regular ,manly in high activity times .
It takes 2 to 3 minutes to put on a stop loss .
