My plants came towards the end of the spring orders and contained both my spring and summer delivery, which I was very happy with. The plants were packaged with so much cares and attention, each one individually wrapped in cardboard and labelled, and then surrounded by straw, with a letter letting me know that the straw could be used as mulch!

The only thing I would change would be for an email to be sent when the plants are, but I understand this would be difficult for a small company/charity while maintaining the number of orders

First time I have used this company. Ordered a selection of perennial veg. They came when expected and I was very impressed with how they were packed. They obviously take a great deal of time and care when boxing up the orders. The plants looked very healthy and were a good size. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Amazing people to deal with from start to finish, awesome quality plug plants and eco packaging just adds that extra dimension to us all doing our bit extra to save this planet we live on. Thank you all for you hard work. You are now my sole suppliers.

Excellent plants and service with a very human touch as appropriate for the organisation.

My order was delivered on time as I had requested, everything was correct, and the plants were in very good condition.
It felt as though my plants had been grown, packed and shipped very well. The handwritten labelling on each set of plants was clear and a nice touch.

Now it is up to me to do them justice and grow the plants on successfully!

The website is excellent for plant description and ease of ordering; the plants are of the same quality. I have bought plants online for many years and Propagation Place ranks equal to the best of the commercial firms.
The only suggestion I have is for you to send an email when the plants are on their way.
I recommend highly.

The propagation place is the only place to go for quality organic veges grown and shipped with care.
This year has been particularly challenging because of the cold weather. I’ve had to replant but these wonderful guys have resent my failed verges fir nothing. It’s not their fault but the weather.
Hopefully this time they’ll grow. Usually no problem at all.

Such a fantastic community garden project.
The plants I ordered arrived all healthy with great roots and have settled in well to their new allotment. Great that all the packaging was recyclable or compostable.

I made two orders from PPlace. The 1st order to arrive was very disappointing, the veg plugs were very small and flimsy. I’m going to be optimistic in the hope that now in the ground they will get stronger. The 2nd order were a lot bigger and seemed healthier. I didn’t receive the amount of plugs promised. But I’m ok with that, as they are a charitable company which I applaud. Thank you Prop Place.

Great plants, super condition.
But, the Mixed Brassicas came with no indication of which brassicas I've actually been sent!
Edit: and as you can see below, they corrected the problem. I sent photos of plants, they sent the photos back labelled! Now that's customer service!

The background of the company and the support they give to disadvantaged adults is the reason why I chose them to purchase my veg plants from. The quality of the products deserve the best rating.- they arrived in a very good condition with every plant healthy. They have thrived since being planted. The personal touch of the plant names being handwritten on the boxes made it seem as though the people cared about the plants.
