Definitely recommended for complex travel bookings. Customer support usually replies fast and works practically 24 hours, also during the weekends. Works especially well for frequent fliers who are looking for competitive business (or first) class prices. Usually the first response comes within a few hours and even the most complex cases (like mine) are handled promptly. Propeller also tries to keep you updated if finding proper flights takes longer than usual.

Excellent service, very reasonable fee, "out of the box" thinking in terms of finding the best routes, availability etc, and very knowledgeable as far as BA GUFs are concerned.
Also, when it matters most, if changes need to be made to a booking they are handled promptly and efficiently.

Used them now a number of times, and will continue to do so.

Propeller travel were fantastic while booking an airfare utilising a BA GUF2. Service was exceptionally quick, contacted them through their website on a Sunday morning- Jen responded within the hour with flight options and prices. A couple of confirmations later and they had booked by the end of the day Sunday. BA was the slowest part of the process - approving the application of the GUF2 voucher.

I have used Propeller three times now for booking trips. Twice for complex flights and once to use my BA upgrade voucher.
On all three occasions the team at Propeller have been very quick in getting back to me and calling me to discuss my flights and also alternatives when my desired intinary is not available. They are very quick at turning things round, ive had e-tickets issued within 24hrs of submitting a request. I would recommend them and will use them again as my first choice of TA.

I used the services of Propeller Travel for the first time earlier this month and have used them again today, both times for multi sector flights involving a BA upgrade award which complicates the booking and can delay the process.

Fantastic service and how a travel agent used to be and still should be. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you for the personal and pre-emptive touches when booking my hotels. Added benefits are nice, but personal service and getting things right are just as important in these days of self service, lower costs travel.

It's a shame that there isn't a 10 star option. I have been travelling for many years but this by far the best, fastest and most cost effective service I have ever seen. Really cannot recommend them too highly. Literally amazing for both flights and hotels!
