Brilliant company, would absolutely recommend Andy and the team at Proper-T.

I found them reassuring in explaining what was required, how they would do it and what regulations were required.

They were professional, friendly and clean, well, as clean as you can be.

We wanted two back rooms knocked into one, to make way for a new kitchen diner. A bifold and new external windows and doors.

This included the removal of a wall with chimney breast and installing a suitable steel to ensure our property was correctly supported.

Prior to commencing the structural engineer visited several times to measure and check the layout of the house and ensure were were happy with the solution being provided, there was added complexity as he downstairs walls and upstairs walls did not line up.

The job its self was not straightforward, having found out our house was on a raft, some test holes were drilled and the structural engineer revisited to ensure the steel being fitted would be adequately supported. Good news it was!!

We also had issues installing the drainage for the new kitchen but team were great they persisted and adapted in the situation.

All rubbish was removed and disposed of.

Proper-T completed a brick built orangery for us together with garden works/extensive patio area. The team completed all works to the highest standards and left all areas as found. The guys were friendly, helpful and extremely polite. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
