It was very easy to purchase and then "update" the product key thankfully! For some reason, windows update downloaded and installed Win 11 PRO when I only ever purchased a license for Windows 11 Home. All features stopped working when this happened, so - Properkeys saved me a ton of angst. Great product, Great price!

Simple process. Highly recommend!
Great low price on the software I purchased. Instructions were easy to follow and the download was secure. It even told me that I hadn't completely uninstalled the previous product, so that was a nice feature. My only complaint was that it was a little difficult to figure out how to find the download once installed, but once I figured out that I needed to open the app on my laptop and update the app itself, then it was a breeze. Would definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommend!

I found what I wanted at an amazing price. I followed the instructions online and was able to install and have an activated version of Office . This was a great relief after the product I previously bout from Woot would not activate . Thank goodness for ProperKeys. I am sure I will be back for more software.

Windows 10 Pro license for a Windows 10 Home laptop
Windows 10 home laptop - bought a windows 10 pro key. Originally bought a key from another site that worked for me in the past, but the key didn't work because of the license type discrepancy. Only this site had proper instructions - and after following the instructions did not return a working result, they PROMPTLY responded to my request for assistance with follow-up instructions that ultimately solved the problem. This was an urgent problem that needed addressing and they delivered impeccably.
