scammed broken and missing parts for the monitor

faulty pc, returned for repair twice and issue was not solved so i now have a faulty pc nothing they could do, did not give compensation, return or replace. worst service.

Avoid the seller, a bad customer service and an angry shouting manager, don't try to contact them if you got any issues with your Pc, they will not respond as they will tell you they are busy.
Good luck with them and with them angry attitude.

Trying to return an item is near impossible.

1. Replying to the email address with the original order confirmation is bounced back.
2. You have to call up, and 4 out of 5 times you get directed to a mail box as no-one answered. The mail box message says the inbox is full so try again later.
3. On the 5th attempt I spoke to customer services, who were helpful and gave me an address to return the item too.
4. EVRI have tried twice to return the item, the 2nd attempt was at 12:30 on a Friday, both times no-one at the warehouse answered their call, so the item has not been returned yet.

I'm still in the process of trying to get a refund, however next time I'll stick to using Amazon as it is too tricky to get a refund from this company.

I recently purchased the Lenovo ThinkStation P500 from this eBay seller, and I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging ensured the workstation arrived in excellent condition. The product itself surpassed my expectations, with the Xeon processor, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and Quadro K4200 graphics card delivering better than expected performance.

Purchased dual screens and stand via eBay. Delivered very swiftly and received as described. This was for a home setup for which I wanted to spend as little as possible, however very much met my expectations as monitors are Samsung. A couple of connectivity issues may end due to a lack of tech knowledge, but all up and running. Would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase for a cheap home set up, and have their expectations met.

I've recently bought 2 gaming PCs from this company, through ebay any issues were resolved the same day. Excellent customer service & excellent pricing of their products.

Bought a gaming PC with triple monitors for my son, all arrived much quicker than anticipated and very well protected within the packaging. I had a slight issue (user error!) setting up the monitors, messaged Propermac who replied quickly and set me on the right path. I am not great with technology but both my son and I are learning together and the set up so far seems great for him and he is so pleased with it. After trying to research what to get, this seemed like the most competitive with RCX3050 gaming card, decent storage and 3 monitors to boot!

Recently bought a gaming pc from propermac on eBay. I needed a pc that could handle daily 3D modeling and similar software. As a student my budget isn’t the highest so I felt that I got a really good deal on the computer I ordered.
It was dispatched very quickly and I was surprised at how well packaged it was. The computer case was even in its original packaging and still had the protective film on the outer glass.
The computer itself was very easy to set up and did include instructions. As well as that they also gave me a WiFi USB stick which was an added bonus.
The computer had already been set up for me so I literally just had to turn on the power and go.
Inside the case was very tidy and neat, the wires were organized well and the cool thing was that this pc not only had an SSD but also a 1tb HDD included which saved me money and time.
I’m really happy with my purchase and I recommend them to anyone!

Bought a B250M motherboard from Propermac through eBay to get some old i5-6500 CPU and DDR4 RAM into a case and working as a (still quite capable) gaming rig…
As described, in excellent condition and perfect working order.

Excellent service, super fast delivery to Ireland. Don't expect fancy boxes and packaging, barely noticeable scuffing on the monitors, maybe ex-display, but in excellent condition. A brilliant Gaming PC for an eight-year-old, very well recieved. It all worked straight out of the box. Very good price for what we got. All positive, would recommend.

I had an issue with one of the monitors I purchased which Propermac sorted very quickly by sending replacement. Overall very happy with the customer service that I received.

For clarification i purchased a dual screen monitor which required built in HDMI.

This supplier was a nightmare to return the monitors.

Explain why from their website they advertised the following…

DUAL MONITOR SCREEN BUNDLE 2 x 19" DUAL STAND HDMI to DVI inc SALE!!!

Yet according to this supplier who only just replied …..11 months later !

Stating ….it shows that there are NO Built in HDMI Ports just DVI to HDMI cables

How on earth would you know this

This company has no customer service skills. This return could of been dealt with in a more professional manner.

In addition the fact one of the cables was split. Had they read my full review
