Andy was great..good advice..super options and supportive through the purchase process..will definately be using Property Masters again when the morgage deal comes up..genuinely recommended. Note wrote the review when purchase was complete..it took nearly 6 months but they were in there with me

After spending the last 12 months trying to resolve my re-mortgage without success, I was beginning to feel frustrated by the lack of progress. The mortgage calculator on the website is brilliant! I've just completed today on my third buy-to-let mortgage with Property Master. As with my previous two mortgages I can not fault Property Master at all, they are always very responsive to my calls and emails, they regularly give me updates of application process as well as fantastic advice on what products to take out. I Will continue to use Property Master for my future mortgage needs

1st class service ! We have had a very unfortunate family issue (brother in law had a serious accident and is in hospital) so we decided not to proceed with the property purchase we were hoping to do and focus on him instead. We had paid our fee some months ago - and had dialogue from Andy several times - but notified Property Master of our situation and they have immediately refunded the fee.

What a compassionate business. I would highly recommend them as they didn’t quibble with giving us the refund

Nick Aries charged me a £295 refundable fee. He gave me inaccurate advice (he said a 10 year fixed mortgage did not need proof of income - incorrect) therefore I did not go ahead with the mortgage. Property Master Founder Angus Stewart is refusing to refund the fee for no good reason. I'm taking them to the Financial Services Ombudsman and the FCA. You have been warned! Do not use this despicable company.

UPDATE: Mr Stewart has subsequently given a grossly inaccurate description of what happened (see his response below).
A refundable fee means just that. The reason they don’t want to pay is for accounting reasons because the company changed - the name Property Master was bought by a different company which doesn’t have my fee (same people though, apparently). It’s basically a nasty dodgy dishonest little business. They make out they were doing so much on my behalf…..er, actually they were trying to sell me a mortgage….. I strongly recommend you avoid.
As for me, I’ve gone to the Financial Ombudsman Service to recover my refundable fee….. ‘refundable’- the clue is in the name.

We were let down by our previous broker who failed to achieve the amount of mortgage we required. I stumbled on Property Master and although it took a few attempts they managed to deliver us a good deal that we were happy with.

Used Property Master twice now, definitely one of the best in the business! Highly recommended!

All went well with my remortgage, pleased with my fixed rate. Able to view a number of available options online whenever I needed to see what was possible. Someone there at property master ready to answer any queries.
