This is a great system for keeping all property information in one place. It can cover properties being viewed to properties owned and rented out.
I'm an organised person but this system simplifies the systems I had. The main improvement for me is the ability to set follow up dates on properties viewed, maintenance, tasks and renewal dates for test certificates... to name just a few!
I love how the contacts can be linked to relevant properties, really helpful.
The team are also very open to developing the system and have implemented changes where requested. I can only therefore see this system just getting better and better... I'm not quite sure how but they always seem to find things we hadn't thought of too!
Highly recommend this system to all property developers and landlords.
