In their 3day weekend course I have learned so much useful information. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested to start a property business and to become financially independent within months!

Having been on several training webinars /programs ( paid and free) over the last few months, I can safely say this has been the best and most informative 3 days : actual facts and figures on how to start and expand a property business rather than all the others that drop in information only to constantly resort back to upwelling a very expensive education programme! And it was a perfect small live group and with the unique difference of being live! I have now signed up to the mentorship program and can’t wait to get started! Thanks again Chris, Sam, Andy and Crystal!

Amazing people honest and straight forward

I joined the 12-month mentorship programme with Chris and Sam with zero knowledge and experience in property.
Now, towards the end of the programme, I’m running an SA business and planning to do a BRRR and I can say it was the best experience to start my property business.
Chris has provided me with weekly operational sessions, personalised advice, guidance on how to navigate challenging situations and constructive feedback on my progress. Sam has worked on the mindset with fortnight sessions and has helped me to stay focused on track. Both are knowledgeable, supportive and open to helping me achieve my goals.
Throughout the mentorship programme, I gained valuable skills and knowledge that I could apply directly to my work to succeed. The programme is well-structured, tailored to my needs, flexible, informative, providing valuable guidance and support.
I highly recommend this programme to anyone who’s looking to start their property business.
The only problem is I wouldn’t want to finish it just yet, so I’m planning to extend it somehow ☺️

I signed up to Property Abundance's three-day seminar in July 2022 and it was amazing - so much content, no hard sell and I decided to sign up to the 12-month mentorship program. I started as a complete newbie in property with no sales experience at all, and I'm now around 8 months in, with five serviced apartments and currently negotiating on a 6th deal!! Before Property Abundance, I didn't know where to start, but the program has been amazing. Chris' mentoring has given me the strategy and confidence to source, negotiate and sign deals and build a profitable business, and Sam's mindset coaching has helped me gain confidence and see that it is possible. My husband has even been able to quit his job and we're now working on replacing my salary too. The support is personalised to your situation and very hands on. I cannot recommend Property Abundance enough!

I was mentored by in 2019. We have several rental properties and had also flipped property but was looking for a higher passive monthly cash flow, rather than capital growth.

After researching several property mentorship programmes and having several calls/meetings with them I decided to proceed. Looking back I should have been more aware and done far more research, the owner had hired a sales ‘specialist’ to sell the mentorships.

The mentorship itself had allot of useful information about the rent to rent sector, however most of this information is readily available online. In my option it is also a dangerous strategy which isn’t sustainable.

After following the plan for months and not getting anywhere I realised my money was better spent on another flip or rental property. I was so disappointed in the mentorship and strategy I managed to get a partial refund . Several other of the mentees were also disappointed and one had to ask for his job back after quitting to focus on this.

Please be aware of so called ‘mentors’ There are better ways to invest money.
