The three-day fast track course by PropertyCEO was an excellent introduction to property development. Ritchie, Ian, Colin and Dan, who taught the course, have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. They covered the basics and the essentials of property development in a clear and engaging way. However, this course is not meant to make you an expert in three days. It is designed to give you a realistic and honest overview of what property development entails and whether it is suitable for you. If you are serious about pursuing property development as a career or a business, you will need to invest more time and money into learning and applying the PropertyCEO method. But based on the testimonials and results of previous students, the rewards are worth it

I did the 3-day “starter” course over videoconferencing and this was very good. Knowledgeable and engaging speakers, good materials, clear & honest advice and recommendations. Not every section was super-relevant to me but that would be unreasonable to expect. I haven’t scored this a 5 only as I had some suggestions for improvements and I think this could be taken to an even better level with stronger use of zoom capabilities and more interaction between participants. Overall was a very good grounding in the principles and practices of small scale property development, but was not “everything” you need to know (which was not promised so I was satisfied)

The 3 day fast-track was a turnaround for me, I now feel it is feasible to venture into Property Development and at the start of it felt it was a lost cause for me. Over the further sessions this totally turned around!! It is a powerful and detailed overview and very professionally thorough and honest in the content. Very Highly Recomment!!!

I went on their 3-day fast track course to see if PD was going to be a right path for me or not, and the amount of knowledge I took away in that space of time was genuinely incredible. Dan, Colin, Ian, Ritchie and James were the teachers/team members I met throughout, and all of them were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a better understanding of property development.
