At all cost AVOID Property Checker

At all cost AVOID Property Checker. this company are useless. They have incorrect details of my property. I chased up my EPC company to make
alterations to my build date. They did so. However Property Checker WILL NOT update. THEY DONT answer to any correspondence. They are not fit for purpose. HOW MANY properties do they have with incorrect details.

AVOID! Inventory not fit for purpose and unusable.

AVOID! Inventory not fit for purpose and unusable.

Saj was asked to do a check-out inventory of a 1-bed flat. On receiving the report I noticed it omitted several keys areas (bathtub/shower, fridge, dishwasher, blinds and windows in the lounge and bedroom) and notified Saj straightaway.

I visited the property myself 2 days later and found the bathroom was unclean and had mould which was not there at check-in and sent photos to Saj to include in the report.

Saj refused to add these photos and refused to address the omissions in the report.

The inventory report was not a fair and accurate representation of my property and was therefore not fit for purpose. I was unable to use the report and it was not issued to the tenant.

It was a complete waste of time and money; I do not recommend Property Checks Ltd.

Thank you for your comments and we are not satisfied with you either.

We are surprised to receive your very own one star review is not acceptable even though after our detailed explanations.

So kindly take necessary landlord awareness courses to educate yourself rather than taking your own decisions and conclusions giving these sort of information.

Also, kindly respect and make the payments on time on or before due dates rather than wasting others time.

Best of luck.
