I am an overseas investor (from Turkey) and it was really hard for me to trust someone and send huge amount of money to buy a property in UK. Even by not actually going to UK.

I really have trust issues. After talking with Chris, i took a leap of faith but still i was skeptical. So i choose one of the cheapest properties he offered. He recorded the videos of the apartment for me. It was always easy to reach him. But i was not aware whom i was talking, is that apartment really there etc.

After sending money, i flew to UK to see if everything is real. I visited him in the office, he was kind enough to drive 1hr to my property. Then he helped me out to use my apartment for short term lets. Everything went smooth just like he explained.

Now, i wish i bought a more expensive property (since the tax is lower on your first buy). As soon as i make new savings, i would love to invest again.
