Truly eye-opening and (potentially)…
Truly eye-opening and (potentially) life-changing. When I started the course on day 1 I rated myself as a 6 on Property expertise. When restated myself at the end of the course, I rated myself as an 7-8 BUT re-rated my initial knowledge as a 3. MAASIVE light bulb moments - about 4-5 a day. Only reason I marked this as a 4 not a 5 was because there was a too much selling of the year long program. I’m sure it would be amazing, but it made me feel uncomfortable. That’s not to take anything away from the amazing training/learning. And, I was truly struck by how ethical the whole training team and all the participants were. People are all in it to help others whilst making some money. No sense of greed or profiteering. It was very humbling.

Best proprety investment courses I have done so far
This is the 3rd course that I have done with them, and can say I absolutely loved how professional they are .I have learnt so many things and made a lot of connections, and I am soon starting my proprety investment journey because of the knowledge I got will never get it from the internet or books . Helped me grow my property portfolio – worth every penny
I've been on Simon Zutshi’s Mastermind and it has made a massive difference to my property journey. It gave me the confidence and knowledge to grow my portfolio and start investing seriously in HMOs.
What really stood out was the camaraderie and support from the group — being surrounded by like-minded people all pushing forward was incredibly motivating. The accountability side helped keep me focused, and the knowledge shared (both from Simon and the other participants) was valuable and action-oriented.
Property is not a get-rich-quick strategy, but if you’re committed and ready to take action, I’d highly recommend Simon's mastermind programme.

I attended one of their regional…
I attended one of their regional meetings but felt it was a cult-like organisation, and my bs detector was ringing intermittently. The atmosphere there had a slight flavour of a timeshare sales meeting. Something didn’t quite sit right with me - I won’t be attending any further meetings.
