I started using property minder services well over a year ago.

On several occassions I had considered dumping the service.

After receiving no signups on propertyminder pages of my site for quite some time I decided to cancel their services.

Now their customer support is trying to lock me in by giving them 30 days notice etc... If the product was great I would not have to cancel.

Stay away from companies that use these tactics making it difficult to cancel their services...

I am a realtor with Sadek Real Estate and i have a website with this company and i can say that this company is fast,friendly and professional i will recommend this company for my friends and co workers. :)

I'm excited to write this review for PropertyMinder. I'm a Realtor in Atlanta Georgia and have had 4 web sites over my 19 year career. PropertyMinder has by far been the best - no questions asked! I'm not sure where to start. Antonio has been amazing! From start to now, he has been quick to respond and has ensured the set up of the new web site went as planned. Antonio is super nice and very knowledgeable of the web site process. PropertyMinder's fantastic technical support department has been very patient with my questions and have either resolve any set up issues or have guided me through the process. As a broker/owner I have encouraged my Realtors to get their web sites set up.

We are so happy with our new website!! Antonio is amazing and helped us each step of the way, and still does....He is very quick to reply to our needs and questions about anything....I would recommend Property Minder to anyone wanting a professional Website!! Thanks Again!!!

Just getting started with PropertyMinder. I like how helpful this company is and how very responsive they are when I have a need or question. There have a lot of bells and whistles to what the website can do for me as an agent. I'm in the process of learning all about how to create a niche website that helps my buyers, sellers and prospective sellers, acquire the kind of tools they need to make a good decision in our market. Antonio Duque was a wonderful sales rep and I highly recommend him to anyone who has questions about what Property Minder offers. He goes over and above on service and really knows his product. If some other website competitors are offering you something cheaper or comparable, it pays for you to speak with Antonio to find out how Property Minder can be the best choice for you. Tell them Mary Vicens sent you! Dorothy in training is also wonderful and I certainly appreciate her patience and explanation of all the back end information that makes my website sing. Property Minder is an awesome program - the service is above and beyond.
Antonio is my sales person and my go to guy. He is reliable, dependable and he is always available to help with any issue and resolves any issue with expertise and in a timely manner..
The program is easy to use, my clients love the alert search system and as an agent it is very user friendly and helps me to run my business in an efficient and successful manner. Thank You Antonio and Property Minder.

Great service!

Antonio is a star and always does his best to assist you whenever possible!

Their CMA tool does not work. They seem to think the client is not the agent that has hired them. They send messages that encourage existing clients to reach out to other agents. They do the SEO for their benefit not the client benefit. The website is also not mobile friendly. It will soon be outdated

I've been using Property Minder for about 6 months now and have been very pleased. I've gotten a lot compliments on my site. But one person I would like to mention is Antonio. He is then reason for my 5 Star Rating. He has helped me every step of the way and I am very fortunate to have him handle my site. Every time I had a question he was right there. He has went above and beyond to help me create a better and professional website! Tony's expertise, knowledge and high level of customer service had made my experience with Prooerty Minder very satisfactory!

Tony made the transition to the new website so easy. His follow up and assistance was exceptional. Highly recommend him.

After trying multiple sites over 12 years, PropertyMinder offered EVERY option I wanted to enable me to develop the site that I have always dreamed of (without breaking the bank!). I needed loads of original content to stand out as an individual, and material that would be specific for my client demography. I chose to develop that content myself and was guided through the entire process with free 2-hour training sessions per week until I was satisfied. Outside the 2 hours, the Support team was awesome and handled every request quickly and expertly.

Developing your own content, defining specific searches, and decisions on the design of your site will absolutely take time (For me it was around 2 months). But my site is not boilerplate. It's me, my decisions, my verbiage, my pictures, and my narrative! And I can continue to tweak it forever - because I was taught how.

Property Minder makes website hosting easy. If we have questions, we just call or email and they respond very quickly. They are great and we would recommend them to any real estate company!

30 minute sessions to get set up is inadequate. At least one hour should be allotted!

I am satisfied with the web site and the ease of use.

Good experience

Designing a custom company website can be overwhelming but Property Minder has top notch designers to work with, simplifying the whole process. They listen, advise, are very creative and deliver a finished product that is exactly what you want.
The training program is set-up to be comprehensive and not overwhelming because it’s spread out over several sessions. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient and available for follow-up questions or additional training.

I've used property for almost 8 years or more. Great CRM, great search tools and live customer support helps a lot. Still love to be able to call in to get support and make fast changes to site.

PropertyMinder picks up the phone and helps with tech issues right away!
