We have been with Property Radar for many-many years now ((~2008?) back during the Foreclosure Radar days). And there are many-many reasons why. Over the years I have watched the company grow and change, consistently and constantly adding new features and functions. The Ultimate Competitive Advantage in Real Estate
I signed up for a short three day trial with Property Radar and within 30 minutes I had already signed up for a full year.
The amount of data they have is unprecedented and in a few minutes I already a focused list of opportunities with contact details to plug into my marketing efforts. There's over 200 or so data points to filter down to find highly focused lists of properties and owners. I have experience with a couple other real estate data platforms, and Property Radar blows them away.
I've been using the service now for about eight months and directly attribute it the tremendous growth in my real estate operation, so much so, that I've had to bring on 3 more employees. I almost didn't want to share the review so I could keep this resource my little secret, but have had such good interactions with the company and support that I knew they deserved it.
