The response to my request was very prompt

The response to my request was very prompt, however I'm not at all happy with the document
Firstly, it states my husband & I are NOT tenants.
WE OWN THE PROPERTY AS THE PURCHASE PRICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL.
Second schedule (1 notification) needs to be explained
Reservations & conditions in the crown grant needs explaination!
