Great experience, I found Noah to be extremely helpful and very polite.

Not worth your time if you are trying to sell a flat. They will not make an offer on a flat with B1 EWS1 certification, even though that constitutes a pass. It is not physically possible for any building to obtain an A rating if cladding is present (however minimal/safe), therefore don't waste your time.

My documents process was nice and smooth with Tumie. I should have my house sold shortly, which is a huge relief.

Noah was very helpful and explained in a simple way which enabled me to understand my options

This company, especially Alex, have been amazing, my property was never going to be easy to sell due to a few problems with water Ingres into basement garage, Alex has stuck with it through many many obstacles and problems. Her attention and commitment to seeing the sale progress to completion has been nothing short of outstanding. It has taken nearly a year to sort it all out and Alex and her team got it through in the end.
I cannot recommend this company enough.
I would certainly recommend them to friends and family should the need arise.
