After a genuinely stressful experience with another agency, working with this team was a complete turnaround.

From my very first conversation with JP, things moved quickly and with real intent — he arranged a same-day viewing and reassured me he’d do everything he could to get it sorted. True to his word, my offer was accepted within 24 hours.

From there, Laura handled the process incredibly efficiently — everything was completed within a couple of working days and felt completely seamless. The inventory clerk on move-in day was friendly and professional, which set the tone for a really positive experience. Marco was also always available if anything needed escalating, which gave me a lot of reassurance.

Communication throughout was clear, consistent, and genuinely supportive. On my first day, the team were so welcoming, and even followed up afterwards to make sure I knew where to go if I needed anything regarding the property.

I’ve only had one minor issue since moving in, and it was resolved in under 24 hours — which says everything about how proactive and responsive they are.

Honestly, I couldn’t fault this team. They’re a world away from the typical high street estate agent — efficient, personable, and they actually care about the experience they’re delivering.

PropertyZen really got us out of a tight spot in London’s very challenging real estate market. They were also the very model of helpfulness and understanding. The agent and landlord very helpfully allowed us to move a day prior to the date they originally had the property available at, sparing us the huge complication with our previous tenancy and work commitments. The agent helping us out was consistently polite, communicative and efficient with the paper work. He made sure we had enough time to gather all the necessary documents and fill in the forms, even though it was a tight turnaround. He even got us the keys to the flat at a very early hour, so that we could full utilise the only day we had for moving, for which we were very grateful and which saved us from extra moving costs. Generally, they managed to move in a very smooth fashion, helping to ease our worries during that stressful time. I would very much recommend this agency.
