saving me hours on proposals and client documents
as a freelance marketing consultant, i handle a mix of proposals, strategy documents, scopes of work, reports, and client presentations, so keeping everything consistent used to take more time than it should. proposal.biz has made that process a lot easier for me.
what i like most is that it is not just about creating the document. i can draft content faster, keep everything on-brand, share it without a lot of back and forth, and also track how clients are engaging with it after i send it. being able to see whether a client opened the document, clicked through it, or actually scrolled through it has made follow-up much more practical. i am not guessing anymore.
it has also helped cut down repetitive work. instead of rebuilding similar documents for different clients, i can move much faster and keep the quality more consistent. that matters a lot when you are managing multiple projects at once.
the platform is still growing, so i would love to see even more workflow flexibility over time, but overall it has been genuinely useful for my freelance work. if you create and send client-facing documents regularly, it saves time and makes the whole process feel much more organized.

Made our document process a lot simpler
We've been running our document work through Proposal.biz for a while now, and it's tidied up what used to be a pretty scattered process. The part I like most is not having to jump between different tools. Creating, managing, and sharing our business documents all happens in one place, which saves us a fair bit of time.
It's also cut down on a lot of the repetitive work we used to deal with, and it's easier to keep things consistent across our documents. The interface is simple enough to find your way around, and the overall flow just makes sense.
It's still a growing product, so there are a couple of things I'd like to see, mainly more integrations and a few more workflow options. But the team actually listens. They act on feedback and keep bringing out improvements, which is good to see.
Overall it's been a good experience so far, and I'm keen to see where they take it next.
