I had spent 2 weeks trying to find the cause of a knocking noise on my MK7 Fiesta and eventually had it down to the steering rack. I called local garages who were "Going to get back to me" and also I would have to wait weeks for a timeslot.
I called Yan at Pro Power Steering at around 11am and amazingly he not only had a steering rack in stock but offered to try to get it fitted same day for a very reasonable price. I dropped the car off around 12:15 and by 3pm I was returning home job done despite some very rusted subframe bolts that required some additional attention.
I think it's important to recognise the experience and expertise as well as equipment and business running costs that are involved in order to provide such a service.

Absolutely amazing company and very good prices. We sent our steering rack on the Monday and received it back on the Thursday. Collection and delivery all included in the price. Excellent communication. Yan even answered my messages on the Sunday even though that was his day off. Partner fitted the rack and all works perfectly. Would definitely use this company again and i recommend to anyone. OUTSTANDING!!!!

Absolutely amazing company. So helpful, from day 1, being a Sunday afternoon. Sent an email, not expecting a response until Monday, but replied almost immediately. Extremely helpful, could fit job in 4 days or send part out. I paid a deposit to secure a part, but couldn’t go ahead immediately because of insurance claim hold up, so they gave me a refund straight away, no quibbles. Know their stuff. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Very professional and trustworthy

Called pro steering on Monday last week regarding my vw t5 transporter . Steering rack was leaking fluid terribly . That bad was undrivable as within 5 minutes fluid drained . Contacted many garages who wanted to replace steering rack with new or reconditioned racks quoting 1500 to 2k . Yan at pro steering quoted a quarter of 2k to completely remove from van and rebuild with new seals . Bearings . Gators etc . Fantastic job . Van drives superb and with 1 year warranty . Highly recommend this company .

I drove 50 miles to drop my car off with suspected steering issue on a Sunday morning, got a call Monday to confirm completed. Cost me £480 including vat, had replacement steering rack on Volvo V70. Excellent service, really pleased as all garages local to me wanted £700 + I would definitely recommend them.

I had been messed around a lot with regards to the steering wheel column on my Fiat. I found this company just through a Google search and the transparency and expertise was evident. Yan (owner) was able to change my steering wheel column in just under 2 working days, for an extremely good price....I was quoted £2,370 by the main dealership to complete the repair. He was thoughtful and the entire experience was easy. I would highly recommend using this garage for your repairs. I have had no faults so far with the car and it drives brilliant!

We found this company on the internet. They have provided an excellent service! I rang Yan [owner] on the Saturday, and we booked in for Monday. On opening [08:30] - he immediately diagnosed the fault [steering rack] and he replaced during that morning [reconditioned]. Our car [S-Max] is now steering beautifully. it was great to have found this garage, my cars steering rack was playing up and I took it for repair to another garage first and they wanted me to pay for a brand new rack! I will not even mention the price. Luckily these guys repaired my old one and now my car is like new again. Thank you. And the price, was brilliant.
