Propress min steamer
Received Propress min steamer and Big Belly water tank both with internal packaging damaged. Outer packaging in perfect condition. It was obvious the product wasn’t in new condition and the items had been previously clumsily removed, damaging the packaging, and returned. Propress maintained this must have happened in transit. It was obvious it hadn’t. The company told me I could return at my own expense, would not provide a replacement and would only fully refund if in undamaged and unused condition otherwise only a proportional refund would be made. Obviously I was unable to return in undamaged condition as that’s how I’d received it.
Would advise anyone to not deal with this company. There are plenty of equally good and comparative products on the market from genuine companies who provide fair and proper customer service.
