Wow what a difference. The stacker car hauler was scary at 55 mph with sway hooked up to our F450 empty or loaded.
Not now! 70 mph on the interstate passing cars and trucks with no issue
Customer service is excellent. Mistakes can happen. For example we were sent the wrong length bolts with our original shipment. I called pro pride and Brent apologized for the mistake then sent new bolts immediately. Believe all the reviews that this product works as advertised with great customer service

Great tech support and fast shipping!

I needed to swap out my truck receive end because I got a new truck before using the hitch and it had a larger receiver. Sean and crew were great, I sent back my used receive end and they immediately gave me a credit.

Brent was so positive and helpful. I actually called after hours and he picked up the phone. The whole crew go above and beyond!

The receiver ball extension is a must have for me to move my RV in our RV garage. Great addon! Worth buying.

This is my 4th hitch since 2013. The service is always flawless. The improvements in the product are significant in the last two years. New V2 jacks are very easy to use. Overall fit and finish with the introduction of robotic welding is exceptional. And even the packing is better, doesn’t take an hour to get parts out of the old foam packing material.

As was stated in a few reviews, the Customer service is fantastic. I have used the ProPride on one trip and it was great. Everything that was advertised. The trip was 550 mile round trip. Looking forward to using it again.

The fact that it preformed as stated.
No more worries about big rigs passing or big wind gusts. I could maintain a consistent speed and not be concerned about passing. We were both more relaxed when we arrived. Learning the hitching isn't as difficult as you might think and will get easier the more you do. My son commented that he thought it was easier than his standard WD hitch as he helped.

I saw all the product reviews and knew that the P3 was a quality item. The support material including install videos I felt comfortable that it would solve my towing concerns. But it was the quality of the customer service that really sets this company apart. I had a question while on my first tow through the mountains so I sent a note with this question to the company on the weekend. By early monday morning I had an detailed response which solved my issue.

Great people and very informative on my issues to correct a problem that one of my technicians had created. Reassemble with new replacement parts and was able to get customers back on the road !!! Bob from blue compass rv

NO MORE SWAY, amazing hitch, you need to experience it for yourself. If you are having second thoughts if the expense is worth it. Just remember how much you paid for your truck & trailer! why would you trust that much of an investment let alone you family's safety to an old technology weight distribution hitch that has no hope of controlling sway?
