We have had a number of jobs performed on our house ranging from a fuse box to a brand new boiler fitted. The team are always prompt to start work and very friendly. The work is carried out quickly and cleanly. Highly recommended!

excellent service, always on time, all very polite and nothing is too much trouble.

Full bathroom renewal, stripped back to walls, full re tile, new WC suite, washbasin and shower enclosure.
Possibly not the cheapest but all excellently organised with each day itemised and all associated trades Inc plasterer, electrician, plumber, tiler, window fitter brought together.
Always kept us informed and listened to what we wanted. Would unhesitatingly recommend.

Dean and his team carried out a brilliant job. I had a new bathroom fitted and everything went smoothly. I have paid into the gold option with proproperty for some years, and it has been a god send. Nothing is too much trouble I get through to someone straight away, the problem I have is given to the appreciate person for the job and this is carried out swiftly and professionally.
In fact Dean and his co workers go above and beyond offering advise and support. I am moving house soon one of my 1st priorities is continuing my gold option with pro property I am a very happy customer and cannot reccomend them enough .

We have been using Pro Property for a good few years now for our boiler servicing and the service and response to any issues has always been great from Dean an his team.

However, I just wanted to add a note of going over and above from Dean this week during the CV-19 lockdown.

We were decorating and had an electrical problem with one of the ceiling lights which kept popping the fuse.

I called Pro Property and spoke to Dean. With me up the ladder and via WhatsApp on my mobile Dean took a look, spotted the problem and talked me through putting it right ... problem solved … and socially distanced as well!
