Had an issue with connecting to data and support resolved it very fast. Very good service and products.

I’m still a relatively new trader, so take this perspective with that in mind, but my experience with PropShopTrader support has been excellent so far.

I’m currently trading their Gladiator accounts, and any time I’ve had questions or run into issues with account rules or execution protocols, the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful. In particular, Steven, a compliance & escalations specialist, has been outstanding. He took the time to walk me through situations, explain the platform rules clearly, and help me understand exactly what I needed to adjust in my trading process.

There were a couple of moments when I triggered compliance flags while learning the mechanics of mirrored accounts, and instead of just shutting things down, the team reviewed the activity, explained what happened, and how to fix it going forward. That kind of transparency and support means a lot, especially for someone still developing their trading discipline.

From my experience, PropShopTrader’s staff genuinely wants traders to understand the rules and succeed within them. Steven, in particular, has been professional, patient, and very clear in his guidance.

They attracted many traders with impressive discounts and initially processed some payouts. Later, they changed rules, introducing unreasonable targets and delaying further payouts. They sell hope but don't deliver. When I qualified for a payout, it was rejected based on unwritten rules that seemed completely made up. CENTURY "100" payout system feel well structured and intentional, not rushed or reactive.

A bastard prop firm who change rules every week to kill your account!
