Hi Josh - I'm not sure what you bought but, if it is the Drills kit, I can only assume you mis-understood the Tees. The long wooden tees are for drills, for hitting, you'd use whatever tee you normally prefer. By rope, I assume you mean flexible lanyards. We've sold thousands of these and never heard this type of complaint. If we missed a portion of the shipment, or something broke in shipping, we'd be happy to supply replacements. Thanks!

Brain and Heather deserve a raise
Worked with one of their employees during the ordering process for a smooth experience and fast responses to get my order confirmed. UPS ended up losing a box out of my shipment but again their employees stepped up with quick responses and remedied the situation. From ordering to rolling putts in my house took about 10 days total even with the lost items that pro putt systems reshipped to me. Probably some of the best customer service I have received and would definitely purchase from them again if I needed anything else.

They try hard and are generally…
They try hard and are generally responsive but their shipping practices result in damaged products, now twice for the same order, causing me work and inconvenience to return the damaged products without any offer of compensation. Meanwhile I wait for a replacement and hope they eventually manage to fill my order with undamaged product.

Excellent practice putting green…
The pro putt systems practice putting green is a great product. I love the base,the way it snaps together, and then the grass just rolls out on top. The green producers a very smooth and realistic roll. And I love how the ball goes in an actual hole. Well done.
