Ordered a sweater ,it was lovely but far too big ,so sizes are on the generous side.
Had to return ,no response of return ,I had to contact only to be advised that returns are only actioned once a week on a Thursday.
Just think in days of e commerce this is poor .

Two out of three deliveries missed…
Two out of three deliveries missed because the courier company does not advise a delivery time. Every other company gives a day and then even an hourly slot and offers choices if you’re out. ProQuip are great but delivery arrangements poor.
