I'm totally impressed with this pror. From starting till the end ,they provided each steps guidance. Being a startup it was very difficult to find an investor, every platform was taking prior charges, fees n consultation fees But it was pror who helped me finding n getting investment without any fees .Thanx pror n team for the All the support.

I engaged with Pror.in and paid ₹10,000 for a CAGR report and Valuation report. While the reports were provided as promised, they assured me that they would inform me of a physical meeting date with Mr. Ajay Sharma, who had shown interest in investing in our venture, by 31st August 2024. They mentioned that very few lucky ones get a positive response from investors, which made me hopeful about the process.

Up until 23rd August 2024, I was receiving responses to my messages, but after that, communication stopped completely. The executive fund manager, Ritesh, and their colleague Anam, who initially connected with me, have gone silent. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no update on the status of our application.

After leaving a negative review on Trustpilot, Anam requested that I remove it, assuring me she was discussing the issue with her senior team. However, even after this promise, there has been no response from either Anam or Ritesh.

The lack of communication and transparency is deeply frustrating. They took my money, promised updates, and instead left me in the dark, wasting both my time and resources. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with Pror.in.

Pror.in totally fraud company , I already paid for file 12k , but now they are not picking my phone.

Totally a fraud company, trying to make a business model from startups who are already with cash crunch. Gave me a pathetic valuation report for 14 thousand. Don't go for this company at all. Not at all. Totally a scam. Ritesh and his team members don't answer your calls once they get payment. They will bring some fake investor profile and will get some review done with help of investors coaid and then they will charge you for valuation report which has no credibility in market. Just don't go for this scam company

PROR a premium Angel investor company. I have started my file to fund my company TechStrip - Consulting firm. The company has a great success turnover. I am sad that I couldn't continue my file in this company.

Big scam company, this is my personal experience and a warning to Mr. Ritesh who had started avoiding my calls after charging me 14K for a valuation report provided to me without asking for any datas, tried to reach him multiple times, but just letting you know that I am moving to consumer as well as civil court with all the call recordings and evidences in hand, if I didn't get a revert from your side.

You are still a fraud company. The employee called amit is the biggest one. I paid you 6k and you gave me a 2 page pitch deck? That's ridiculous...

This company is completely fraud, scamming startup founders. Please don't fall in this trap, no one gives their hard earned money so easily, nor they invest in any startup like that.

1. They schedule a meet with fake investor company employee( mine was honey grover😅 ) and the persons says " you'll recieve a email if we are intrested in a week and you might have to visit us face to face Once".

2. A week later you'll recieve a email saying" [READ 4TH AND 5TH POINT]
" Dear xxxxx,

We appreciate your strong interest in potentially funding xxxcompany××. Your enthusiasm and support are encouraging, and we are eager to assist you in your evaluation process. In order to move forward, we kindly request the following documentation

1. Sample - Video/Photo/Report

2. Cibil report of Owner/Director from Paisa bazar.

3. Pitch deck - Presentation that will be used to explain the idea in front of investor.

4. Valuation Report- Updated report by Merchant or Investment Banker dealing in private equity, Not by CAs or CMAs.

5. CAGR Percentage or Audit Report - Total Increase in the organization’s revenue year by year.

6. NOC Certificate - NOC certificate has to be attached with docs allowing you to talk further with investors for future communication keeping us in the loop. You get this document from Pror In Pvt Ltd.

7. Plan of Action- Justify your POA after you get funded.

These documents will aid in providing you with a comprehensive understanding of our startup's financial standing and overall potential. We understand the importance of thorough due diligence on your part.

Completely fraud company, Lost my hard earned money.

I am V. Senthil kumar. PROR.IN connected through mail and my whatsapp. I had approached for Private funding. I had paid fees for Pitch deck and for report submission. Upto paying fees i had a frequent call and messages. After the fees payment there is no response. Almost three month over. There is no response.

I Appreciate for your efforts and help in physical meeting with Akash Gupta.
It was a great meeting at Investor's Office. I learnt alot and got a positive response in investing in my company.

The greatest support from this company, you can get it for best funding support. Pror.IN will be upcoming funding giant company in future. Best of luck to their founders.

Guys, this is one of the top most fake company. I came across and lost my money. They are targeting the startups and will say you are shortlisted and will arrange a video call. They will ask for few docs and money for processing, once if you send them money no one will attend your call from the company and there will be no reply for mail too.. Dont get cheated.
