The simulator is a brilliant tool, after sales service is incredible, my Sim had a minor "glitch" Pro Racing sorted the issue remotely without fuss in but a few minutes.
Would i purchase again ? - YES YES YES YES

I had such a great experience with Pro Racing Simulators. They delivered my sim ready to use and at a competitive price. They are on hand to help me with any questions I have had since then. I would recommend Pro Racing Simulators to anyone looking for the most professional service and products on the market.

I took delivery of my Simulator in early March 2021 to learn circuits I was likely to race on that I couldn’t physically visit, particularly Le Mans. However, with a couple of early races this season at Donington I focussed myself on mastering this circuit first. This has enabled me to knock almost 3 seconds off my previous PB at Donington, resulting in a class win in our most recent 3 hour race. Ben has offered excellent support with a couple of minor glitches and the realism of the whole system, particularly the feedback through the steering wheel gives a realistic feel to the experience of on-screen driving. I would certainly recommend PRS if you’re serious about improving your performance on track.

When purchasing my Simulator he gave me the correct advice and built my Sim specifically to meet my spec which turned out superb.
Any questions I have are quickly answered over the phone, if I run into a set up problem or forget to press the correct button I’m back up and going in no time thanks to their speedy response.

Fantastic service and products : Ben Leach at Pro Racing Simulators delivered a brilliant service. Having raced in real life, I wanted a SIM that would be as close to the real thing as possible. Ben provided proactive advice on the pros and cons of different configurations and then once we had agreed the spec, built and installed the rig at my house. I have now been using the SIM for over a year and it is truly fantastic - I have no hesitate in recommending Pro Racing Simulators.

I researched the simulators in great detail, and arranged for a demonstration, this was done within a week.
Ben came and did the demonstration on a Friday, after a very long journey I was more than please to purchase the machine.
Great piece of kit, and Ben’s after sales is second to none.

I am so glad I chose PRS when buying my state of the art, full motion simulator, I spent months on research before making my final choice. In the end it came down to two companies, the other larger company had a lot more media coverage, but PRS were by far the most competitive on price, I had several conversations with both companies, but my gut feeling told me to go with Ben from PRS, a smaller family run business, I felt confident he would give excellent after sales care and back up. How right I was, the best decision I've made in a long time.
Ben built and installed an amazing full motion simulator for me, he gave me great advice, with attention to detail on where using the very best cutting edge components was a must, as well as what I didn't need and where I could save cost.
Now I have the sim and countless hours under my belt I can see he was right on every point. With his wealth of experience in both real and sim racing his knowledge on set up is second to none.
It is very clear Ben wants all his customers to be happy and get the best from his service. when ever I have had an issue (always of my own doing, as I am not good with computers) Ben has always been on the other end of the phone to sort it out there and then. What ever time I call, he always answers immediately. He has also made the 100 mile trip twice in his own time to install upgrades and make further set up improvements for me.
I realise that this is a long winded review, but this sim has made such a difference to my life, Ben is a great guy, and I really want to do him justice.

I brought a stunning simulator from Pro Racing Simulators which included three specific pieces of racing software. I spoke to a number of suppliers prior to purchase but it quickly became clear that Ben at Pro Racing Simulators was the only one who really wanted to listen to what I wanted and customise the product for me, rather than try to sell me something "off the shelf". I wanted some specific customisation to both the hardware and software and Pro Racing Simulators delivered everything that I required (and more). I have subsequently asked for additional cars and circuits and hardware upgrades and all of these have been delivered quickly and efficiently. The original purchase from Ben at Pro Racing Simulators was exceptional but I think more importantly with this type of purchase, the after sales service is perhaps the best I have ever received. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a racing simulator and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
