NON-EXISTENT SUPPORT. Support emails never answered, "forgot password" sends an email that provides a link with an error, no phone number or support email on the website, and even the charge on the credit card statement provides no way to contact the company. Ended up with multiple accounts when trying to recover my password. This is completely unacceptable from a service provider that puts a time-limit on access to their site. AVOID THIS WEBSITE.
