The quote was proportionate for the size of the installation and the work was carried out to a high standard.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Kept us informed with every step they made. Managed all aspects of installing our new waste water treatment plant. Nick and Darren took great care of our property and reinstating garden and fence etc. We would highly recommend Proseptic.

Proseptic overcame difficult weather conditions and hidden obstacles in the form of unexpected buried service pipework and cables, completing the work with a minimum of delays, and leaving the site in good condition.

The whole process was excellent. The initial site inspection by Tom was informative and personable. The communication before the work started and during the 3 days the team was with us was excellent - could not be faulted. Luke and Ross went out of their way to keep us informed of the progress of the job. They left the site tidy and clean.

Amazing team, really worked hard under challenging circumstances and kept me informed throughout. Impressive clean up job at the end as well.

The team were friendly and professional. The work was organised and completed within the time frame we needed. It was helpful to have the planning permission organised by Proseptic too. They guided us through from the original compliance search of our septic tank to the connection to the mains drainage.

The company dealt with a connection to the main drainage and decommissioning of a septic tank with professionalism. Not only were the team on site friendly, on time and tidy but Sarah in the office surmounted many difficulties for me. Great company and highly recommended.

I found them polite but expensive. It cost nearly £1000 to get to the quote for a new STP and drainage. Even then the quote was £8k higher than the next one we obtained (and which was free). Admin charge for dealing with the EA similarly higher than competitors. Everyone was very polite, efficient and no doubt any work would have been done the same way.

Installation of a new drainage connection which involved digging up external paving and an internal floor. Work was completed on time and all areas made good. Team were professional and friendly, arrived on time and kept mess and disruption to a minimum.

Tom came to conduct an initial site visit, then a percolation test, and review of our existing system.

The recommendation was that the tank was fine, but needed a larger drainage field. The quote was transparent and clearly detailed what they would be doing.

Ben, the Site Manager was very polite and throughout the installation, Ben and his colleagues were very considerate and respectful of our lawn and that it was our home.

I would highly recommend Proseptic.
