great service but have a little problem from my order.

This place does not even deserve a star considering its fake!!! I paid for a sewing machine that didn't exist. Thank God for PayPal because they have refunded my money!!!! Do not order a sewing machine from these people!!!!

I just ordered a sewing machine, noticed that my credit card was charged immediately, however per Paypal a merchant is not to charge until order is processed. Sent a message to Paypal to explain why my cc was charged the moment I placed the order. Still waiting their response. I had to call my credit card company and report this company as soon as I read their reviews. Second time this happened , first time with a different merchant overseas. Unbelievable that Paypal doesn’t control these types of transactions, I am sure is not the first complaint they get!

I ordered 20 days ago... still hasn't shipped. I just disputed the order. This place is a scam.

Same as you I’ll definitely look up a website prior to using it, I let my guard down since they use PayPal they are good on refunding you. It's been 2 weeks no machine no contact.

This place shouldn't even get a star at all this is the worst company I ever had to deal with they literally rip you off that's awful funny that they have to put your money into a special trust with somebody else's name in order to get something this is definitely sounds like a good freaking scam I believe this company has no intentions of giving people sewing machines except just keeping their money I have been fighting with them for over a month now and have got nothing all they do is keep complaining about stuff and I keep sending them information that states that the money is in their account but unfortunately I get nothing from them all they keep telling me is that the beneficiaries name was spelled wrong which my bank did do and that the bank did correct the money is in their account and I have highly doubtful that I will ever get a sewing machine from them I've been scammed just like the rest of you. I hope other people reads this and never orders anything from pro sewing machine this place is a scam.

Looks to me like I am another victim of www prosewingmachine com.

I ordered August 8, 2020 and now it is just shy of 30-days.. I ordered and paid with PayPal and have just filed a claim, hopefully PayPal will assist with a solution. I have sent countless messages on the ProSewingMachine website requesting a shipping update and/or a tracking number... There has never been a reply in 26 days now..

I have come to the conclusion that I got screwed. Do not use. Do not wire money. Phone number is fake. They don’t take American Express for a reason.

I ordered a sewing machine in July and received a delivery date of 8/11. No tracking number was given with the order so I requested and received one. Then one day after my unit didn't arrive, the tracking number stopped working. In addition, I stopped receiving any responses from the customer service rep who was previously fairly responsive. Messages through the website went unanswered. In addition, the main phone line number appears to go to another company.

I’m still hoping that I didn’t get scammed. I wrote a message asking about my order and they claim it’s on it’s way. It’s been a month and still no machine but it is a pandemic and they’re shipping from Singapore so I have my hopes still. Will update review if/when I get my machine. No way to track order as previous reviewer stated.

It's a scam. I should have known - you send a wire transfer to someone in Singapore. It said I would receive my sewing machine in 7 business days. It's a month later and no sewing machine, and no way to track my order other than to get a shipped or not shipped status.
