Service is not on time and when skip arrived driver said skip can't fit to driveway so he drove away and company charge me £120 pound for service.
Never again.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the service provided. We pride ourselves in sharing as much information as we can with all of our customers to reduce the risk of wasted journeys. We always discuss where the skip is to be located, to assess that there is a suitable space for the skip to be placed. Either on private property or a skip permit will be required to place the container on the road (public highway). This requires advance notice as it is granted by the local council and is out of our control. We can only do what is within the law and pride ourselves in adhering to the highest standards.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Had a wait and load, was told 45 minutes by their office, but the driver started to lift after 20 minutes. Complained to the office and they brushed it off stating that its my fault. Also refused to send me an invoice. Dont use them.

On review of the Waste Transfer Note, 370832, that was provided to you on 18.03.21, and which was signed by your team on completion, the vehicle arrived at 11.20 and departed site at 12.40, not the 20 minutes that you are implying. I have just emailed you another copy to clarify.

Fantastic service from Proskip
Fantastic service from Proskip, we needed to clear a flat of rubble a kitchen and bathroom, they not only offered great advice on what was needed; sizes of skip and number due to weight, permits, parking space etc, but we're the only place that offered to arranged for the 2 skips to arrive consecutively so we got everything done and dusted in one morning. I believe they outsource the skip hire and the company that came - O'Donovan - were equally great, the drivers were patient and even advised us when we could put more in and what to put in first on the next one. All round a great experience as someone who is DIY refurbing a house and not someone who knew about skips before this I'd recommend this company.

Lack of communication
Booked and paid for a 4 yard skip on Friday for Saturday delivery by 11am for urgent clear out; NO message, NO ‘phone call to say the skip was not being delivered until 14.20.

We apologise for the delay in delivery. Unfortunately today we had unscheduled drivers off due to sickness and had to reschedule the day across the functioning fleet. We worked so hard to ensure everyone still got the containers as requested and can only apologise for being a few hours late.
