Communications is Terrible

What a mess. These guys hardly ever follow up. They write you an email five days later and say, "I'll call you tomorrow." They never call. I even wrote to the CEO; he never responded. These people just don't seem to give a damn about their business. I would really be careful. I'm not going to work with them, and I had about a $15,000-$20,000 order ready to go, but am cancelling that.

Nobody will respond! They’ve disappeared!

I bought 5 cabinets of theirs from Lowes a few years ago. Look real nice in my garage
I tried to buy additional shelves and pieces and they simply don’t respond to any emails or calls

Now I can’t find the product ANYWHERE and I need more cabinets. Zero zero zero response
Photos of sales people with names but it’s like it’s fake.

These guys are brutal and I’m not trying to return or complain, I’m trying to buy more!
Who doesn’t respond to a customer trying to buy?

These guys are awful!
3 years of emails and complaints and even to Lowes when it was still in Ontario

Don’t buy their product

They disappear!

Recently ordered a couple proslat kits…

Recently ordered a couple proslat kits to do a wall in my office. I made a mistake when I ordered and didn't realize how many extra trim pieces I would need for my unconventional layout.

Their customer service was excellent in helping me resolve my own mistake. Even though the online store was out of the trim I needed, they were able to dig around to find more to send to me.

Wall looks fantastic now, really transforms the space above my desk/ workbench. Very pleased.

Emailed tons of times and no response..

Emailed tons of times regarding questions, cabinet quotes for custom setup and heard nothing back. For a Canadian company to care about customer service, its really showing the opposite. Get it together, potentially lost a customer.
