Terrible customer care. Ordered item for my son’s birthday he requested but this has still not turned up three days after it was promised. Not even updating tracking. Royal Mail. I was told to wait till the 18th before they can do anything. Very poor and suggests they aren’t bothered to track shipments properly or care enough about customer experience.
Good selection and prices with coupons available. They had some authentic team-specific apparel I wasn't able to find anywhere else in the US. The three items I ordered were shipped quickly and were exactly what I ordered. I knew I would have to try them on so I paid an extra $4 for the free returns and package protection which was a good choice since the return shipping for the one item I did return (fit was too big) would have cost more than that. The return process couldn't have been easier, and it is through USPS so there is no driving to a far-off UPS store like some other stores. This store seems to have some negative reviews and ratings and I am not sure why. I would buy from them again.
The customer service guy i spoke with said to order the size M and if not fit i can return the jersey without paying the return fees .But of course when i called him.back he told me to email the customer service and they said something like that is not possible.Just liars now i'm stuck with a bad size which has stains too.Fanatics has the same merchandise even cheaper with 15% and no shiping fees for delivery or returns.This is a scam website with bad merchandise and horrible customer service.Never again.Next order is gonna be somewhere else.Very bad people.
I bought soccer shoes and a customized jersey, they said 5-8 days prep, shipped the next day. Then ordered 4 pairs of soccer shoes, called to get help because I couldn't 'add to cart' a nike shoe- you have to create an account. I did, added the shoes (great prices) and they're on the way. This is a company in Pasadena, CA and their service was great, easy to get ahold of them by phone. Very pleasantly surprised for the quick shipments!
