Try the No Risk Guarantee at your own risk

I engaged Prospect CRM in December 2025 for what was presented as a simple Facebook paid ads setup with a money-back guarantee if no leads were generated. Nearly a month later, no Facebook ad campaign was ever launched, no testing period began, and no leads were produced.

When it became clear that moving forward would require changes to my current setup, after trying to install a couple of times with hiccups, I promptly requested a refund and withdrew from the service before launch and before receiving any benefit.

Key Facts

I paid a $399 one-time setup fee

No Facebook ads were launched

No testing period occurred

No leads were generated

No usable or deployed campaign was delivered

I requested a refund before any campaign went live

Prospect CRM has denied my refund request by citing a refund policy that applies only after a campaign has been launched and run for at least 7 days. However, that condition never occurred. Their refusal is based on a technical interpretation of the contract rather than the actual facts of non-performance.

Prospect CRM asserts that an electronic signature dated December 26, 2025 makes the contract fully enforceable. However, I did not receive or review a copy of the agreement until January 13, 2026, after requesting a refund. More importantly, the refund clause they rely on presumes a launched campaign — which never happened.

Upon further review of my records while preparing a formal complaint, I discovered evidence suggesting billing fraud and possible false business representation.

After reviewing the receipt I was issued, I discovered that the receipt shows a total amount paid of $0.00, despite the fact that I paid $399. The receipt lists a different and unrelated business name/domain.

I cannot understand why a company allegedly providing CRM and advertising services would bill under a home renovation domain.

I may be dealing with a more serious issue. I hope that isn't the case.
