Please stay well clear of this company. I debited onto the site, decided after reading reviews I didn't want to play on the site so I didn't and 5 mins after depositing tried to withdraw. Shock it wouldn't let me do this. (even the fact I had not gambled anything). So they then ask me for ID. I sent 2 forms of ID including drivers license, bank statement and which both match my details and address. Not only was that not enough they ask me to screenshot my PayPal account. Again even though very suspicious at this point did so as I wanted my money back. The best part is it's still apprenelty not enough, I am a member of over 10 different sites and I have never had such poor customer service and fraudulent behaviour. I am going to give them one more day before I take this further. I repeat do not use this site. Also this is the first review I have ever done to make sure people don't get money taken from them. I don't believe any of the previous replies that they are a regulated company in the UK, as they also asked me to send a picture of both sides of my bank card what I am certainly not doing! Stay well clear!!!

I made withdrawel 7 days ago now. Usually when make withdrawel in the next day. Got email stating it was sent.
By Monday still not in so tried to get online chat(to wich everyday this week unable to do so) to be advised they where having issue it may be in my account up to 6 day after withdrawel but if is was not could not estimate There having problems wich is out with there control.
