Kyle was terrific, he helped me understand my income to debt ratio and what would be the best way to go about getting out of debt. He took his time and explained everything. He was very personable and professional.

Credit is a very sensitive subject. Talking about your debts is not an easy subject. David, the representative that I worked with allowed me to feel comfortable, he didn’t push anything, I felt like the decision that I needed to make for me was appreciated. The experience I had was that I’m not just one person going through this experience and that there is hope for the future. I didn’t leave any conversation feeling misunderstood or misaligned. Both representatives that I spoke with were very kind and compassionate.
