Its not really that big of a deal! I paid my money to you in return for a product, you sent me my product, as expected. Happy to get my goods, but its what was supposed to happen. 4 or 5 star reviews are for merchants to go way above and beyond normal service.

Received a product that was different from what I ordered. Upon emailing they confirmed the ingredients are same and the company has stopped making the earlier ones. Also offered a refund. But based on their explanations I retained the product.

my products weren't dispatched within the promised timeline. Communication was lacking, took days for a reply to any emails I sent, and sometimes there was no reply. My request for a refund was ignored and eventually my products were duspatched, after 3 weeks of emailing and chasing up the company. It was very frustrating and I definitely will not be ordering again.

Whilst my order took a month to be delivered they did eventually get in touch to explain . Product delivered exactly as ordered. Legit business perhaps just with a few teething issues.

I received the ZMA supplement.
The screw top was not sealed with the plastic security seal.
I opened it, the security seal was also open.
Multiple emails including sales email and 1300 number, went to messages they are supposed to respond within 24hrs no response still!
