The carpet was cleaner but if I didn't move it the rug was not cleaned. A lamp shade was broken, and the bill adjusted but the technician did not clean up the shards of glass. He seemed under-trained rushing to complete the job and to get paid on line rather than meeting their advertised goals prior to my inspecting the job. As a handicapped person I do not recommend this company

Estimate from office after giving details of work, then site visit to look at job and give firm quote.
The job was to seal new patio with a 10 year guarantee against staining, and remove weeds and moss from 15 year old block paving driveway, steam clean blocks, re sand joints and apply sealer.
The work was over two days.

Our needed solar panels a good clean so we wanted an experienced a cleaning company able to safely access the solar panels on the house roof. We also wanted our patio and drive giving a good clean. We found Pro Team Cleaning and Tom made the sensible suggestion that they could also do a clean of the roof tiles which hadn’t been cleaned in about 20 years. Tom and Toby did a great job. The house roof and garage roof look like new and make the whole house look so much better. Thanks for a great job – will definitely use Pro Team Cleaning again.

Recommended by the sealant supplier, SmartSeal, we had PTC reseal our 38 year old imprinted concrete driveway. Timely, friendly and thorough, PTC completed the job at the quoted price leaving the surface looking better than it has done for, literally, decades.

Fantastic Work! The man who came to actually do the work was super nice, and a hard worker. We were on a time constraint and he did an amazing job for us without rushing what he knew needed to happen for our best result. Our paving looks new again!

PTC have been excellent at carrying out our regular window cleaning and annual weatherboard clean. They do a great job and we are very happy with the work carried out. All very reasonably priced too.

I was looking for a trusted company to remove moss from my roof prior to selling my property. I researched local companies and also checked reviews on check a trade and trust pilot this company presented very professionally and the before and after photos were most impressive and also convinced my partner who has worked in the building and legal profession for many years I therefore requested a quote. A site visit was done and a quote was provided at no point was I given any reason to doubt that my roof once cleaned would look any different to the examples of before and after photos provided. They even provided me with additional photos with the quote which all looked excellent, clean and of a uniform colour. They were very polite and arrived on site with immaculate new equipment which made me feel safe that a good job would be done in line with what I had seen on the photos. Unfortunately I now understand that the excessive pressure used by the steam cleaning method stripped the granular colour coating from my roof tiles leaving the roof the colour of patchy cement grey rather than the rich brown colour that it was previously. When I asked about this the directors said thats just how it is and if I wanted the colour back on the roof I could pay them to paint it at an additional cost which would be higher than the cost of the clean which horrified me as the possibility of the cleaning process causing this excessive colour loss had never been brought to my attention. Had I been aware that following the clean my roof would require a total recolour to bring to to an acceptable uniform colour I would not have instructed ProTeam Cleaning Ltd to do the work. To compound the problem the roof tiles on my extension which was more recently built retained their colour which gave an extremely noticeable difference to the overall look of the roof. When questioned about this the company directors outrageously suggested that I pay someone to sand blasted the remaining colour from the extension to match the damage that they had caused to the rest of the roof. I have since contacted the tile manufacturer and a qualified building surveyor who have stated that high pressure steam cleaning is not fit for purpose for these tiles. I have also contacted another roof cleaning specialist who has confirmed that the damage caused to my roof was as a result of the unregulated pressure used. In addition ProTeam Cleaning broke a tile on my garage and left a large amount of moss around my property which they refused to accept responsibility for or rectify without additional cost to me. Before finishing the work they issued an invoice with overdue reminders every other day and initiated court action for non payment after 14 days despite being in dispute over the damage they had caused to my property. They left my windows in a filthy state and did not return to clean them for 9 days they also failed to reconnect all of my downpipes They have refused to engage in any discussion without additional cost to me and I now find myself in a very stressful situation of having to get my roof recoloured and deal with a court case. This company has no regard for customer service at all and have repeatedly refused to offer any assistance to resolve the problems or repair the damage that they have caused. They are clearly only interested in profit against customer satisfaction beware !!! if i could leave negative stars I would to protect others from this nightmare !

Used ProClean team to remove and treat moss on our roof and garage. Was brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Everything was explained fully and work carried out quickly. Was amazed how good our roof looked. Gutters and fascias were cleaned and they sent someone back the next day to clean windows and the bottom gutters (from drainage overnight). Was such a mess outside but when they were finished it was spotless, actually cleaner than before they started! An absolute pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend.

The company is a joy to do business with being both professional and efficient. I had them do a complete gutter, window, fascia, and bargeboard clean. I was most impressed with the two operatives who turned up. They were personable and friendly and cracked on with the job as soon as they arrived. I was extremely pleased with the results. I cannot recommend ProTeam Cleaning too highly.

I recently used Pro Team cleaning to clean my decking and patio- both of which have never been cleaned so a good 20-30 years of grime to get rid of... I was amazed to say the least. The patio looks brand new...as does the decking, I really didn’t think it would come up that good. Really great team, polite, efficient and friendly. No hesitation in recommending these guys!

I needed a job done urgently, and these guys went above and beyond what I expected to fit in my patio and path cleaning.
They arrived at the appointed time, were very polite and professional. The work carried out was a very high standard, and the equipment they use is very modern and does the job thoroughly. The patio came up like new. I would recommend 100% and will be getting them back to do my drive.

What a really great company! I was hesitant to get this job done.. you hear so many horror stories of cowboy trades people ripping people off- not actually fulfilling the job etc etc... so after a little bit of recommendation searching I came across this company- Pro Team Cleaning and I have to say I really am so happy I used them to replace my gutters and clean the roof of my house and garage.. From the moment I called I was instantly put at ease, I spoke to a friendly and professional guy who went through all of my requirements and answered all of my questions. They turned up as agreed, advised me of where they would start etc.. it was a messy job- my roof had never been cleaned, and my gutters were blocked and at parts broken..but what I was most amazed about was how clean and tidy they left every area they worked on! They even knocked the door to ask if I was planning to go out as they needed to move their vehicles across my drive- how thoughtful! I have to say I am totally satisfied and would not hesitate to use again.... This is THE company to use if in doubt.

I was looking for a professional, trusted company to carry out a roof clean on my house as I had seen a video of it on the internet. I found these guys on Checkatrade and decided to give them a call based on their reviews. They were exactly what I read, prompt, professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. So much so that after the roof was done I then invited them back to quote to clean my garden and driveway walls that were covered in black mould and algae. Once again, an outstanding, professional team of guys and the clean-up afterwards was brilliant. I would definitely recommend PTC, 5 stars!
