Faisal from Pro Tech is truly professional in his field, he has never let me down on any of my iMac issues I had. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in lemans terms and definitely value for money.
He even brought my iMac as I’m using a laptop for my line of work now.
I always use Pro Tech for any computer issues I experience and sent many of my friends & family to use their services as well.
I always support local businesses and glad these guys are local.

Consumer needs
Well, I ordered a Macbook mid 2011 online and by the time I picked it up he asked me “what will you use it for” so I said for school stuff. Apparently since it’s a very old one it won’t do, he recommended me early 2014 which I can use Microsoft 365 on. Now, oh boy, I’m really liking this. Thing is, they don’t just “sell” gadgets. They look outside the box and identify the needs of their consumers (I got the Macbook for a good price!) Rating it 12 out of 10! Store recommended!

These guys were really great, helped me pick a Mac out that I'll be using at uni! Gave a good price as well. My Mac is basically brand new and i'm really happy with it and the service! Also delivery is very fast.

My old MacBook Air display corrupted
My old MacBook Air display packed up.Could not afford a new one.Searched on line and came across these guys. They had good reviews but was not sure. They were a long way from where I lived but I decided to give it a shot..Got there and spoke with Joe.
He offered me a used Macbook at a good price. I brought it on condition that he transfer all my files over as I'm nearly 80 and clueless. All I can say is that I'm glad I chose these guys. Picked up the Mac few days later this time I met Faisal. You could not find a more helpful and honest bussiness.They are busy so dont expect the phone to be answered..just pop around and see them.Thanks guys. I Highly recommend them. Tony T (Preston)
