This is my 2nd purchase these are the best bed protectors that money can buy. Does exactly what you would expect plus you will have a brilliant night's sleep.

I was so impressed with my Cool Cloud protectors that I ordered one for my mom and a bamboo one for her to try. She loved both so much she ordered extra ones for herself. So, I think it’s fair to say we were very impressed with the quality of the protectors, the price, the ease of ordering and the very fast delivery. I’d recommend to Protect-a-Bed to all.

I asked you to change the invoice address twice by email and I didn't not receive even one email to acknowledge this was in hand. Very disappointed from a customer service aspect.

Haven't used the protector yet, as I'm waiting for my new mattress to arrive. The cover arrived quickly, was well wrapped and looks ok.

The goods were of good quality - very good price and packaging. Delivered very quickly. Ordered another item as a result. Would not hesitate to order any other items required.

I love these pillow cases. They encase the entire pillow in a zipped pillow case. Most of the other pillow cases on the market do not have this feature. Always buy these from this company for myself and family.
A bit expensive but they last a long time if looked after properly. I would also recommend the zipped mattress protector.
Would highly recommend.

Be aware this company,
I made order through the website,bought cotton mattresses protectors,in the product details didn’t mention it made of polyester,when I received items,totally shocked,cause I read other type materess protectors in the website,all mentioned made of polyester,I thought this was 100% cotton material .

Then I try to return them,I searched the website, the only way can contact them is send them email .they don’t have customer phone numbers,how ridiculous! no any direct contact. So I sent them two email, until now I still not not been contacted.

I spent nearly £70,with this kind material sheet,all plastic. Felt like been scammed.
They are silent. Never shop any company doesn’t have customer direct phone number.

Item I ordered was not in stock, apologies were given and a little extra discount. Guided me to a similar product. Really good customer service. I am a repeat customer and trying different product not been disappointed yet. The reason we buy these protectors is because we have puppies in training and these protectors are amazing with little accidents by them. If you have a dog these are a must to make your life easier.
