Happy cat home
I was very pleased with Protectapet in the way they managed my order, how good quality the materials were and easy to read instructions. I have it all up and my cat Reggie is very happy to be able to now go outside.

Great Product (20M Cat Fence)
The product page of the 20M cat fence had a ton of information.
We ordered in Belgium and they shipped from the Netherlands so we didn't have to pay customs.
Once arrived (3 days after ordering) it had the items neatly packed and easy to understand manuals on how to install.
10/10 would order from here again.

Excellent customer service from first…
Excellent customer service from first contact, the build was quick and efficient and the guys discussed all options to make sure I was happy with everything before they got going. Our Maine Coon boy absolutely loves his catio and we’ve been using our outside space so much more now as a result. Would highly recommend the investment if you have an indoor cat.

Excellent I have a disability and…
Excellent I have a disability and having this fence means I can let my cat out the back garden and have peace of mind.
She loves been able to go out it’s made a massive difference. So whilst it is very expensive especially if you have no choice and need the installation service. It is really worth it and I am glad I did it.
They were also very helpful and the install team were good

Doubled our kitten’s world!
Choosing ProtectaPet to install our fencing was one of the best decisions I’ve made. With a high-energy Maine Coon kitten in the house and desperate to enjoy the outside, ProtectaPet has expanded his world! And I have peace of mind while sharing the back garden with Ziggy, knowing he can run and play and jump around and not disappear into the neighbourhood. He loves his time outside! Had problems with some parts but customer service was very proactive to fix my issues
I originally published a bad review because my package came missing parts (cable ties) and some of the plastic parts came defective, breaking during assembly or a few weeks later. After seeing the review the customer service team approached me for a resolution. Even before contacting me they already had sent some replacement parts to my home address. To be honest I haven’t had the time to install them yet, but I think customer support like this should be treasured and that is why I’m changing my review to 5 stars. Even if the first impression was bad, they did more than I expected to fix the issue, and for that alone I already have much more respect for the company. I’ll try to install the new parts this weekend and hopefully my balcony will be 100% secure for a long time afterwards.

Great Product, Great Service
We bought this Protection System to replace our old one which was long overdue.
The build quality on the ProtectaPet system is excellent. It was also very easy to install for anyone with the most basic DIY skills.
We had made a miscalculation in my initial planning and needed to order a couple of extra items in order to complete the install as quick as possible.
Eve and the team pulled out all the stops and had the item sent out and delivered the very next day, Excellent….
our cats were very pleased too!

first time we needed to protect our garden to keep felines safe. Received excellent support from the cat centred Jade as we were concerned that our Victorian walled two level London garden might be very difficult to secure and be acceptable to our neighbours
No difficulties though as we were also changing the fencing between our neighbour that did take us a few days . the protectapet system was delivered very promptly the instructions were clear and it took us a day to fit - just two of us covering 30metres
It is discreet and smart the garden is still a place of beauty and the siamese family including a teenage kitten and a noted wanderer are safe and sound - no attempts to break out And our many little bird friends perch on the end of the netting before moving across to the high level feeders. Since the noted wanderer had a bad experience and had to be found and returned they had only been outside on harnesses - which were loathed . They now are so pleased to have their freedom in the sunshine and the home is calm and settled

A very good product - we’ve installed it ourselves and the video was helpful and the team helpful on WhatsApp.
It’s a bit tricky but it’s a very good solution and our cat is out now after a year having to be indoors.
