Unparalleled Customer Service and Quality
After working with PROTECTCOVERS on a cover for a keyboard they didn't support yet, I am absolutely convinced that the company and its people are 100% committed to quality, kindness, respect, and understanding: from customer support to engineering to operations.
I initially had purchased a keyboard cover that I thought was close enough and, after I reached out to them, they immediately refunded me the cost without hesitation. Shortly thereafter, I asked if they would help me make an appropriate cover and they were more than willing to balance the cost with me. Now, in 2025, to have a company even entertain something like (growing their product line for ONE customer) is unheard of. My subsequent interactions with them were nothing short of lovely. I was kept informed every step of the way and -- when I received the final product -- perfection.
If you want a cover for an electronic device, this is the place to get it or ask about it. Bar none.

Second purchased cover from these guys and I will still recommend them. One is on a Dell laptop in a diesel truck dealership. The true test will be how long it can last under the conditions. So far so good!! Perfect fit after making some adjustments.

Poor quality
I tried to reach out to customer service in regards to my keyboard cover, I called and emailed and no one responded. The keyboard cover is very loose and the mouse cover is super inconvenient you can’t use it if the cover is on. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Shipped quickly, well-packaged, as described. Fits over the keyboard beautifully, except that it was a bit too large over the numerical keypad. But I used my hair dryer on it and the plastic shrank to fit the keys there. Now it's perfect.

Keyboard cover great; mouse cover not so.
The keyboard cover fit great! But with the mouse cover installed, I could not operate the scroll wheel. I tried cutting off that portion of the cover but the wheel still got hung up in the cover.
For now, I have removed the mouse cover.
UPDATE: Please send me a mouse cover with the scroll wheel cover area removed; maybe that will help!
