Such a relief for us to have our wills done. The staff are brilliant helpful at all times. I phoned when I wasn't sure about something and they are always helpful and put your mind at rest straight away. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Wendy for always being on hand.

Very helpful and understanding at the beginning with having to cancel appointments. But once we managed to sit down everything was laid out how we wanted, everyone that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I wanted advise about making a will as we had a few small problems that we needed help with. We were very lucky to meet a young lady who was excellent, she was very helpful and explained everything making sure that we had understood everything she was going through until she moved onto the next stage. She gave us very good advice regarding our problems. Altogether it was a stress free, interesting and a very informative meeting and I cannot thank thank this young lady enough.

Zoe from Protected Life Planning advised and supported me to get lasting power of attorney for finances and health for both my parents in their mid 80s. This happened at exactly the right time especially as I had to do all their shopping during lockdown.

Staff very efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff took time to check I was ok with everything and explained any concerns clearly.
