Ordered off this company almost 2 weeks ago now and never received an email with order confirmation or any details of my order. lucky I paid through clearpay but the email address that is stated on the company website isn't corect so waste of time sending them an email. struggling to contact them on the phone. would not recommend this company to my worst enemy 😡💢

The website makes out to be UK based, its not. Delivery was from China. Poor customer communication, quality of products are poor and no refunds given. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Web site majes you believe that the company is UK based but it is not. It's a Chinese company. We ordered a heated body warmer weeks ago and still no sign. Poor communication re delivery. No idea about quality because we are still waiting to receive it!

bought a pair of work boots of this so called company they took nearly a month to come then they lasted only two weeks yes two weeks been waiting for over another month for a replacement i have given up all hope now just letting you lot know never go to this company they are i would not be able say on line please never ever deal with these people they should not be able to get away with treating people like this taking your hard earned money never ever again

One star for Protected Workwear
Bought safety boots on 24 May, and received them on 8 June without any notification from the delivery company. The reason for one star is the long delivery time and not properly tracking service. Boots look good but I wonder how long they will last me without tearing.
