This is the second time I used Protection Plus and had John come out to help. First time was for my personal residence and second was for my office. On both occasions John was very helpful, on time and provided great tips and advice on how to protect my home and office based on the work he was doing. Highly recommend!!

John V. is a great Rep. He continuously makes the effort to get to our requests to fix the problem(s). He is very nice and love his accent.

We were having issues with our Wi-Fi signal so we decided to go with the iVision because it doesn't require an internet connection and we can see who's at our door when it rings. Which is all we really wanted and it snaps a picture of whoever rings the doorbell

John and his team were fast, friendly and reasonably priced. They come in and got the job done right away. I sleep better at night knowing my family is safe thanks to them. John suggested security film on the windows which we never knew existed! Great alternative to bars.

I have installed the security system and changed 3 locks with PROTECTION PLUS. Brain is very nice and knowledgeable. He provided us very good suggestions. He made suggestion on our budget to maximize our benefit.
On the day, the locksmith, John and the gentlemen (sorry I forget his name) to install the security system came on time. They are very professional and did a very good job. John also helped us to fix some issues on our doors.

I have been the customer of Protection Plus for the last few weeks and I can only say good things about it.

The service works as advertised, the security system is easy to use and it feels very reliable.

One thing to improve on. I have had two service calls to have some parts of security system to be installed even though this could have been done in one appointment.

Other than that it's a great company. I would definitely recommend it to all of my friends and family

We have dealt with Wayne and Jason at Protection Plus for over 6 years in having a home alarm set up and installed for both of our homes that we have lived in. They answered any and all our questions we had and only recommended the necessary alarm equipment required before and during installation without being pushy in trying to sell us more of their products. Jason did a great job during the installation and kept our home clean and tidy when the work was completed. We highly recommend PP for their excellent customer service and professional alarm installation and would not hesitate to use them again for another move.
