Alice McLaren is by far the best person I have spoken to in such a long time. Her in depth knowledge coupled with her great personality, made what could have been a difficult decision so smooth and easy. She is certainly a great asset to her company and by far the most experienced person I have spoken too regarding this matter. If this can be reported back - please can Alice receive some sort of recognition for her excellent service.
